Graphic Novels Honors and Awards
The idea for Shelf-Talkers came from the perception that (for the most part) comic shops could use a little help spotlighting worthwhile projects for the new or shy customer. Inspired by movie posters, they also serve the purpose to demonstrate the medium is so much bigger than just your Local Comic Shop (LCS). The name “Shelf-Talker” was coined from my interaction with Jackie Estrada (Administrator of the Eisner Awards).
